Its free to use for the Employee and an 0800 number so a free call from any landline or Mobile
Who will i be talking too ?
You will speak with a Degree Qualified Psychotherapist and if you call from the same number again, we hope to be able to connect you to the same counsellor every time.
Is the service just for problems with work ?
No. If there is anything bothering you, whether it is work related or personal. Our counsellors are here to help in any way they can.
Will my employer know i have called ?
NO. Everything that you speak about to our counsellors is held in the strictest confidence.
Can i use the service more than once ?
Clients can use the service as many times as they need to.
What hours is the service open ?
The Service is available 24 Hours a day 365 days per year.
