Established in 1999Holate the trading name of Stressline Services Ltd was established in 1999. At first people didnt understand the need for the type of service we provide. twenty years on and the awareness of the importance of our work is recognised and we have grown to meet the demand

Our Mission statementOver 48% of employees in the UK do not have access to affordable counselling. Holate began to address this imbalance some twenty years ago, because we believe everyone should have access to a qualified counsellor when they are needed. The awareness that now one in four employees will suffer a mental health issues some time in their working lives Illustrates the need for our services has never been greater. Because we only have qualified Psychotherapists working on our lines Help is always at the first point of contact.

Accounts Manager Tony runs the accounts office again he has been with us for many years. He reads through each counsellors notes highlighting the important parts the company may need to know about. He then writes an individual report for each company which go out with the monthly invoices. He is the person we turn to when it comes to maintaining the system and is always available to answer questions from our customers

Our counsellors
All of Holate’s counsellors are registered with the British Association of counselling and psychotherapy. Each have a degree in psychology and have been counselling for a minimum of three years
Group meetings are held at regular intervals to enable counsellors to discuss any issues arising from their work.
Our counsellor’s specialist subjects include. Bereavement, relationship, drugs, trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety.
All of Holate’s counsellors have attended our own course in which Holates client centred approach to helping people was illustrated as company policy.
