The trouble with Health Assured

This is part two of the investigation conducted by the BBC into the Employee Assistance Program supplied by Health Assured.
As the investigation into health Assured continues, appalling practices are becoming more and more apparent. As I commented on the last report This form of EAP is based on the American version which maximizes profit over quality. It would be wise to make sure your provider is not using the same model as your employees deserve better, much better.
Holate is so far removed from these “award winning” profit focused services our aim is quality at the first point of contact. For the benefit of the client not the provider.
